Terrible customer service. Tried to make a reservation for the same night and cancelled within a few hours because we decided to go somewhere else instead of wait until 9:00. Was never made aware of cancellation policy. Was then charged $100 for canceling within a 12 hour period even though I couldn't have cancelled within 12 hours because the reservation was made only a few hours before. Will not refund me. Do not recommend places with such poor customer service. What a scam!
