I had a pleasant surprise dining at the restaurant on the ninth floor of the Holiday Inn where I was staying for work, with its view overlooking the airport and highways. Despite some initial hesitation due to mixed reviews, the service from our server Ana was excellent, and the food, especially the salmon and fajitas, exceeded expectations. The restaurant was not too loud, allowing for easy conversation, and the added tip in the bill was worth it for Ana's fantastic service.
