Sadly, we had a very disappointing first experience at the muse paint bar today. After traveling from out of state in the middle of the snowstorm, we did not feel very welcomed into the studio. The instructor as well as the rest of the staff were not very professional.
The instructor, Hannah was not clear in her direction and ignored my friend when she asked for help. Customer service needs improvement.
