I found this cool cafe over at Naval Station Norfolk inside the C-9 Building. They've got all your usual Starbucks drinks and plenty of seating, plus some TV's and charging spots. It's a nice spot to chill and maybe get some work done, just wish they stayed open a bit later in the day.
