Carlos catered my husband's birthday party at our home, where we hosted 25 food enthusiasts. The guests raved about the food and many even asked for his contact information. Carlos was a pleasure to collaborate with, taking care of all the setup and leaving our space looking fantastic after the event. The authentic Mexican cuisine, particularly the pork and pork skin tacos, is a must-try for anyone craving delicious flavors and quality ingredients.
