The food truck in Waterbury serves up some delicious Mexican street food like tostadas, quesadillas, and tacos. Despite the long lines, the wait isn't usually too bad, and you can enjoy your meal inside the adjacent dining area. The birria tacos and horchata are must-tries, and the churros and beef quesadillas are also very tasty with generous portion sizes. It's a great spot for a casual and satisfying meal.
