Surf's Up in the South Shore neighborhood offers a fantastic array of fried and grilled seafood, and I was particularly impressed with their Hennessey wings, though I wish I had ordered a side of greens to accompany my meal. The friendly service made my visit even better, especially when they surprised us with complimentary fried biscuits that rivaled the best beignets I've had in New Orleans.
