Terrible ghetto service. Whenever the line in the drive-thru gets long, the lazy employees refuse to keep it open. If they don't want to do their jobs, they should find some where else to work, In fact, a supervisor should check in to see what is really going on at the Tobacco Road/Hephzibah, GA location....

Great food but ghetto service. Don't call the food in and think it's ready when you get there think not.

Awesome hole-in-the-wall seafood joint. You order at the counter from a menu board on the wall and it comes out in a styrofoam container. It's not fine dining, but the food is always so fresh and so good.

Absolutely terrible experience. I can't even speak to the food because they NEVER COOKED ANY!! There were only 3 people in the restaurant at the time. I gave them the benefit because I thought they were cooking it fresh. Well, nearly 30 minutes later after those folks had gotten their food, I approach the counter and the same guy who took my order asked was I ready to order!!! I actually was sitting right there in the restaurant the entire time foodless. Do you think they noticed? Nope... Then, without apology, I see him grabbing fish from the cooler. Nah! You used up my lunchbreak chatting on your cellphone. I'm not waiting another 30 minutes. I have a JOB that I take pride in, and I'm going back to it. I'll never go here again and I am sharing my experience with others. So unprofessional!
