The Emerald has some of the best drink prices I've seen, it's like a perpetual Happy Hour spot. I've been hanging out here since I turned 21, which wasn't too long ago, and it's got that cool, local vibe. The smoky interior adds to the atmosphere, and Monique, the bartender, is a riot with killer style.
