No A/C. It was very hot inside of the building. My order mixed up. I was given half of my order. I had to wait to get the other half so, the first half was now cold. I was given soggy fries with no fry seasoning. I ordered a side of fry seasoning and was given some type of red spicy rub instead. It was very unorganized. The first person ask me if I was ordering I said yes. She then walked off and never came back. The second person took my order and was pressing the wrong buttons over and over and saying she wasn't feeling being there today. So my order was completely wrong. $45 later cold soggy unseasoned food.

I ordered a delivery through the wingstop online site for LaMarque, TX location. The delivery never came so I cancelled the order and left an unsatisfactory review and contacted customer support with this problem along with ongoing past problems.
The GM ( Brandon Johnson) contacted me back and I was told I would receive a full refund along with a complimentary free meal for the inconvenience, which I picked up a week later. Two weeks later I was still not refunded, so I contacted him back with only false confirmation of him working on it. After awhile he ignored my inquiring results texts. So the general manager blew me off which is basically theft.
I paid for a delivery fee, a tip and a meal which I never received along with a refund.
This is alarming after Ive been a customer for four years buying 2 meals a month. I can see why there are numerous problems at this location now and am no longer a customer after experiencing this unprofessional business.
User's recommendation: Do not use this business

Start by following through with what you advertise....such as delivering close to the estimated timeðŸ˜, not forgeting the ranch and friesðŸ˜, answering the phoneðŸ˜, fixing your online ordering website😩, and getting new management and staff that will open the store on time such as advertised😣. Pathetic and I hope a starbucks replaces your store and I hate coffee.ðŸ˜
