During my birthday celebration at Sopra, the private dining area above Amali, I was blown away by the impeccable service and delicious four-course meal prepared by Chef Rodney. The flavors of the dishes, such as the Montauk Fluke Crudo and the shaved brussel sprout salad, were so vibrant and fresh that they left a lasting impression on all of us. The attention to detail in the decor and the warm hospitality of the staff made the evening truly unforgettable, and I can't wait to return for another exceptional dining experience.
