As someone new to the area, I discovered this pizza joint and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their offerings. The deep dish pizza exceeded my expectations, and with friendly service and a solid menu, it's definitely worth a visit for anyone craving delicious pizza.

There are, at least, three other better pizza places in Carbondale. Primos leaves a lot to be desired. If you haven't eaten in a few days, or have just indulged in about a full ounce of medical marijuana and can't taste tastes or feel feelings anymore, try Primo's. It is so bad, I can feel my mother-in-law shaking her fist at me from the grave for even trying it. The sauce was so icky, I wanted to swap out my slice for a bucket of rat poison after the first bite.

Not impressed and don't understand all the raving positive reviews. On the plus side, online ordering and delivery went well. But the pizza was underwhelming...very light on toppings, sauce was paste-like and without much flavor as if applied straight from a can, and the crust was just ok. This is far from the best pizza in Carbondale and it's to those other places that I will take my business.
