During our September trip to Benezette, we experienced the bustling atmosphere of peak elk-viewing season in this charming small town. Our meal, although taking a bit longer to arrive, was worth the wait and we savored every bite of the delicious food. Seated on the porch at a high-top table, we soaked in the picturesque surroundings, catching glimpses of a female elk in the nearby woods and enjoying the laid-back ambiance of the BYOB fire pit area where friendly locals gathered.
