Excellent Japanese food, Boba drinks, slushie, Vietnamese Coffee, and Pho. Relaxing ambiance and great karaoke for private parties! A great addition to Watkinsville/Athens areas!

I wish I could leave 10 Stars! We had the best meal at Sushi One!!! I had planned to have only one beer, but it was so cold the way I like it...I drank 3 beers during my meal. The fried gyoza was an amazing delicious appetizer. I had the spicy shrimp udon noodles for the first time...this will definitely not be the last time. It was the best dish I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. I will go back just for this dish. Luckily the serving size was enough for me to have leftovers the next day. The waitress was amazing and very attentive. The owner stopped by and checked on us which I thought was a nice touch! I am SO thankful we tried Sushi One...we will definitely be back many times!
