I've been a customer for 20 years and can't say I've ever had anything that was less than perfect, for me that is! Anyone that knows me, knows how picky I can be and if my order isn't right, I not only will let you know, I'll let everyone else know that you can't make a simple order correctly. Only once or twice have I had to call back and say something was not right with my order. They've always been apologetic and quick to remake my order. Prices are a little high, but, you get what you pay for. You definitely get your money's worth! The one downside is they don't deliver. I'm sure business would boom if they did.
