Ive never had such terrible service and poor food! They advertise that they have later hours. We arrived after a cinema to find the place empty at about 8:30. (should have been a 'clue'). The waitress was practically nonexist sitting and visiting with other employees. The buffet was 'warm' at best...very 'stale' leftover crap from the dinner/lunch hour? *(does the health department check this?)...the crab legs were the size of a pinky finger and very fishy and almost cold. We asked for more as we were there for them primarily and got ignorant service...and after 15 minutes of waiting on ourselves looking for napkins and picking through this stale mess...we told the waitress we were 'done' wanted no part of this mess...would eat at Eat N Park. We left with a bill for $75. I didnt eat anymore than 4 small crab legs...my two kids; the same (ages 11, 13)...and my teenage daughter and her friend wouldnt touch the cold leftover buffet so they were eating salad. The 'manager'/'waitress' on duty refused to refund any of the check despite the fact she knew we were there just 15 minutes and hadnt really eaten and were off to another restaurant. This was the WORST service we have ever had ANYWHERE....and the food is HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE on the buffet. The Great China Buffet is a much better choice in Allison Park...with a friendly staff and hot food choices. Like I said...the fact that the place was empty spoke VOLUMES!! never...NEVER AGAIN!!
