Flippers has the best strawberry banana custard I've ever tasted, and I can't get enough of it! The portions are massive, the staff is friendly, and even though the area isn't great, it's definitely worth the trip for those delicious treats.

I ordered a root beer float and received a cup with vanilla ice cream in it and a can of root beer... I really believe this place should close their doors if they don't know what they're doing... At first I ordered a Coke float and couldn't even get that and this is supposed to be a Custard stand?

I have been going to Flippers ever since discovering their homemade banana-strawberry custard a dozen or more years ago. I would drive 70 miles round-trip just to get my fill of it, and often took an ice-filled cooler so that I could take a few more home to my freezer. Their custard is outstanding and by far the best you will find anywhere!!
