We tried based on all the glowing reviews. As written, the staff was extremely friendly, but the food was a HUGE disappointment. Wontons were gummy, boneless spare ribs sauce was flavorless, as was the Szechuan chicken. Porkfried rice looked and tasted more like Spanish rice. The only think I can say is that I know I was eating chicken and beef, and the meat was cooked well and not at all rubbery. Sorry Taste of China, I don't normally leave reviews, but felt like I had to to give a more honest representation"¦.it's a definite no from us.

General tsos was way better than a place down the street, the chicken was not rubbery so it pretty much made my day! I picked up instead of having delivered; very empty inside so it had me a bit worried, although it is just a take out place with no room to sit and eat. I'm pretty sure they didn't have the heat on at all in tge middle of winter. There was another call in order while I was waiting so that's a good sign?! All together food was good, if I would've had it delivered I would've not worried at all. 3 stars instead of four just due to the atmosphere experienced while picking up.
