I’ve been a customer of this restaurant, before Karen even started managing. I detest the way that she manages. She isn’t willing to compensate for any inconvenience.

Let’s not even speak on the fact that all of these fees have been implemented. Credit card fee, gratuity fee for parties under 5. WE, meaning black people are who support this restaurant and have for , 25 years and this is how they show THIER appreciation for our business. If , WHITE people supported this place , they wouldn’t allow it , nor would they even attempt to do it to them. We as black people must STOP supporting where we are NOT valued!

I had dinner at the restaurant this past Sunday,I find it ironic they wait until they take your to your table after waiting 45 minutes to tell you about the automatic 18 percent gratuity and the 3.8 surcharge if you use a credit card.there were once a sign at the front entrance to alert customers about the automatic 18 percent gratuity that sign has been removed I don't know the reason for that but I have my suspicion.they would not pulled these stunts if there customer base was caucasian.i will not be going back

Horrible hostess!!! I asked to speak to manger refused to get one tried calling left many messages no one ever called me back will never go there again took someone there for a business lunch this place didn’t given them a good feeling he was a CEO from a big company
