Everytime I come into the market and order fresh seafood the older African American cashier ALWAYS HAS an ATTITUDE!!! I come every week and everytime I come she would had that same attitude and rushing you. Thats not a good representations for the restaurant.

I would appreciate a return of the breakfast menu. I miss the grits and fish. The salmon cakes were also noteworthy.

Everytime I order any fish meal from restaurant regardless what type of fish I choose, you will get a mouth full of fish scales. They are not cleaning the fish well enough. I'm not sure if they are switching cooks or short staffed, but the quality of the taste has gone down. The fish flavor is bland. Then while standing in the long waiting line. You listen to the unprofessional tone of voices from the female staff. They can be rude and show their color to some customers.
This is not a place to come if you are wanting a great tasting fish dinner because of the fish scales. Then you wonder if they are keeping the fish in a clean environment or cooking area. You can't see what the cooks are doing to your food behind the tall wall and window.

The people's that work there needs to be more courteous and respectful while dealing with the public. They act like they are doing YOU a favor to wait on you. They don't seem to understand that the customers are the ones that keep them in business. Plus, the food is not all that. Do not go there if you do not any to be disappointed or pissed off !!!!

Old fashioned fish market. The fish was very good. Took a couple stars because the wait was long and the service was slow. Great selection of fresh fish.

I went to Capital Seafood today Jan 19, 2017 and was very disappointed. I ordered three trout dinners. As I got home across town all the fish were burnt. IT looked like it was cooked earlier and refried. How could you serve someone food this terrible and sleep good at night. I will never return.

Very pleasant and friendly Customer Service! Food is resonalble priced. i love the Lunch Specials from 11-3, everyday!! Country style cooking, gizzards, livers, chillitns, porkchops, chuck wagons...... Red Snappers,black bass, craw fish.....Im sold to Capital Seafood.

called to find out what sides were being served for the day. I was told in a very rude and irritaed voice, "The same ones we serve everyday, ma'am". I asked if she could tell me what they were b/c I had never eaten there before, so I obviously wouldn't know what they serve everyday. The lady ran through them so fast that I missed three-quaters of what she said. I asked if she could speak a bit slower so that I could understand what she said. Again, she was very loud and rude as she told me, "You need to call back b/c I have a lady in front of me that I need to wait on". I kindly said no thank you. If you're that busy, anyone with good customer service skills and common sense, knows to ask the person calling, "Can you hold please"? Someone recommended this place to me and said that the food was good, but the place was stinking. Well, so is the customer service...STINKING!!!
