The owner GiGi is very particular about the food and customer service. I've always been satisfied with everything. I will only eat at 3 restaurants in Russellville... Mulans, Venezia's, and La Salvadorena. Everywhere else sucks as far as food quality and customer service.

I too think Mulan will never raise it's quality - the buffet was stone cold and nowhere did we get good service.
The women working stand and talk and refuse to reheat anything in the kitchen. I'm surprised the Health Dept. hasn't shut them down!

I would like to say that Mulans was very discriminatory against me just today by a female named GIGI. She embarrassed me to no end and argued with me with me in front of patrons that were sitting close to the front door when I was trying to tell her something personal. This will be the final time that I will ever go there and I would not recommend it to others unless the holier than thou attitude changes. I am totally disgusted and will make it a point to find the owner and make them aware just how they treat folks with disabilities!
