Amazing food!! You wouldn't think a diner would be the spot for crab cakes but WOW, their seafood selection is amazing and half the price of Red lobster

Food is great and are big servings. Helen is a great waitress, friendly, nice and does and all around great job.

This restaurant is lacking in customer service we stopped by there Friday morning and was told there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait after 25 minutes the hostess started to seat people who were arriving after us when I questioned her regarding this I was told she could not seat our large party of 3 adults and 2 children one requiring a high chair but she was seating parties of 3 and 4 very poor poor service

We have been going to the diner for years. All meals, breakfast, lunch and dinners no disappointments.

Food was terrible. They do not know how to make Lancaster County chicken corn soup. Mashed potatoes were horrible. Not creamy at all. Liver was terrible and the gravy was disgusting. Will never go there again. Yuck . They need Robert Irvine from Restaurant Impossible to come in and show them how to make good meals.

Park city diner is great for the money, people make petty complaints but seem to forget that place is always packed. If you want a 5 star meal..lancaster is not the place to be. If you want to but pick about stupid little things compare it to the other diners around that are either gross or over priced. Every establishment has their bad days, but this one is almost always on point. They're grilled sticky buns are amazing by the way!

I was there before Thanksgiving and knew what the filling was like, so I did not go there for that reason. It is an important part of the Thanksgiving meal. I also told a family member (4 guests) what to expect but they tried it anyway, I just got a call from them telling me I was right. It's simply large wet hunks of bread - - correct the problem and we'll be back. It really ruins a meal, just tasteless.

Food is very good and you portion sizes are very nice as well. Service staff is always nice and pleasant. Really good place to get a meal
