I grew up in Rhode Island, just 20 minutes from the town with the highest percentage of Italian Americans per capita in the nation, born into the Mazarella extended family with 10 highly Italian aunts and uncles and 60 cousins, etc.
I know pizza. I know good pizza.
This is good pizza.
For example, the calzone I'm currently eating has whole cloves of roasted garlic just sitting next to the artichoke hearts (Pesto Italian Chicken) in a delicious pesto sauce loaded with tender chicken and cheese. It's a dream come true. It tastes like home. This calzone is the most home-flavored food I've had in forever. So happy. They have won my consistent business. Please, just keep making this pizza exactly the way you are.
