Upon arrival at our table, we asked for more napkins - to clean it. Though the establishment was far from crowded, service was very slow. The food seemed over-priced for the quality. Their ground beef was dry and way over spiced. That's an indication to me that it was old.
Avoid La Hacienda is possible!
