So, Los Caporales is the new hotspot I hit up recently. Their tacos are a hit with their homemade tortillas, loads of meat options (lengua, cabeza, barbacoa, pastor, longaniza, and more), and a generous serving of cilantro and onions. The vibe here is definitely authentic Mexican, with most signs in Spanish, but they welcomed this gringo with open arms. For a true taste of Mexico, this joint is where it's at.
