Cattleman's in Blue Ridge has that cozy, country vibe with good ol' home-cooked meals and a warm welcome from the staff. The food is consistently delicious, especially the chicken fried steak and fresh onion rings - definitely worth the drive if you're in the area!

Love this place. Great food. Great tea. And usually friendly service. Its always a pleasure to go there. I am handicap hard to get into for me. But there do to go order.

We've been in the area a few years now and have tried multiple places, but keep coming back to Cattleman's. Good home cooking with good portions. Friendly staff. They also do a good job with takeout based on our experience.

Ive been around BR for 50 years.Ive read past reviews of how the Cafe hasnt changed and Everything and Everyone is the same.I Completely Disagree.I took my Sister and Brother in Law there last night for Fish Night.Got there at 5 and by the time we ordered it was alittle after 5.We ordered but never was told that Baked Potatoe and Cole Slaw was also available.They didnt inform us nor put on Side Board untill after we had ordered.The Food was passable but the service was well Below Expectation.out waitress never ask if we needed refilks on drinks I realuze there were a few tables occupied but the 5 people working had time to huddle behind counter and have a Pow Wow.That time should have could have been used to check on their customers who make it possible for them to live feed their Families keep the doors open.One customer ordered the All U Can Eat.He asked for more no problem but it will take 12 minutes to prepare it.Answere Forget It.Why didnt they ask him way before then knowing how long it took to cook it if he thought he might want more?????.The Food is Edible but The Service is not the Down Home Country Friendly Service it should have been.Ive worked in the public for 40 years as Management.I wouldnt have tolerated any of my employees to be as Slack as I witnessed.Thus is nust my opinion and the experience I recieved.
