Called to see what time they close but the stupid people can't speak a word of english and hung up the phone. how rude and what a way to run a business.

I kind of got the impression whitey not welcome, due to the lack of attention of the waitstaff. Not good about refilling chips & water. I ate alone, ordered straight off the menu, no special requests, and my food took about 20 minutes just for a tostada and taco plate (their mexican plate). She asked other, ethnic, patrons how their food was, but when I came up to pay just a blank expression. Not greeting when I entered or left, in attentive service, slow service & cooks. But the food was tastey enough that I didn't complain. Not great but good. Not in a hurry to go back.
