I ordered fresh hash browns, they didn't put them fryer, when the rest of food was made.there service is very bad

They forgot all condiments!! No forks no spoons ! Call speak to Manager her response " Ok ? What do you want me to do about it??" Cracker Jax Box manager certificate!! That's for sure !! Absolutely horrible service and I can serve why by the Manager's response!!
