We arrived at Panda Express in League City 153 N. FM 270 ROAD and somebody else had picked up our order instead of theirs. My daughter told the employees there and asked for either our money back or the food but they would not do either. They told us they had to call the manager, then ignored her and went about their business for the next 30 minutes. At that point I went in and complained pretty loudly. Thus they finally decided to give us the food. Unfortunately when we checked the food, the two orders of teriyaki chicken were missing the teriyaki sauce (it was just grilled chicken). I went back in and asked for sauce but they said they were out. I then asked for the money back again but they said that since we paid online, they would not refund us. I don't like grilled chicken. I gave it to our dogs. We had also ordered one order of shrimp ($5.75). It came in a microscopic container that was only half filled. I counted 4 shrimps in it. I will make sure to contact my credit card company and see if I can dispute the charge. Do not go to this store!!!
