Came into the Rockwall location on what seemed to be quite a busy night , sat out on the patio because we had our dog, immediately Christine came and brought our dog water, greeted us and informed us she wasn't our server but she'd be happy to start us off with some drinks and he would be right with us, she brought out drinks and whoever he was never came, Christine came back and asked if our server took care of us, we said no we had not seen anyone else, at which point she apologized said she would be more than happy to take care of us and did!!! This is what service is all about, we were not even in her area , but made it very clear that all guests( and their dogs) were snuffers guests and went about taking excellent care of us!! We will be back!!
