Steve's is a popular dining destination on the peninsula, known for its delicious food and reservation-only policy. During my last visit, the tuna tacos were tasty, although some of the seafood dishes were overcooked. Despite the meal being enjoyable, the new payment system seemed questionable as we were unable to receive a printed bill and felt the final price may have been higher than expected.

My wife and I have been to Steve's Landing twice since it reopened. Very pleasant atmosphere, very friendly waitstaff and the food was good. Thoroughly enjoyable dining experience and once they've had a chance to iron out the kinks, I'm sure it will warrant 5 stars.
As for Charley's remark regarding "Middle Eastern owners"? There are lots of bigots in this world and I'm happy that this one has chosen to eat somewhere else.

Seafood is frozen not fresh . Middle Eastern owners. Much better places to go.

First time ever writing a review so I will let you decide. We came here on a Sunday and it was not very busy, only 5 tables seated inside. Our drink order was taken quickly but the drinks came 10 minutes later. Our food order was taken as well as appetizer order which was calamari. The waitress never came back so we went to the bar for a few more drinks and took to the table. Our food showed up 25 minutes later and another trip back to the bar because no waitress again. We all had the fried seafood from shrimp to catfish to frog legs and everything tasted the same. Even the calamari had the same taste. When the kitchen doors would swing open all I could see was the Cisco boxes stacked so that might explain the bland taste, We will stick to the old favorite up the intercostal a few miles.

Service and greeting were amazing and sincere, the dishes we ordered were loaded with delicious food..the gumbo is wonderful, the shrimp are huge, and the fish is fresh. Our servers, Jessica and Steve, were on top of any need we had...the owner also stopped by to check on us and ask our names..beautiful setting overlooking the bay, classy and refreshing...highly recommend
