I picked up a to-go order of enchiladas, rice, and beans, and was greeted by friendly staff who seemed to be busy on a Sunday afternoon. The homemade flour tortillas were light and fluffy, and while the beans had an odd consistency, mixing them with the flavorful rice made for a tasty meal that left me eager to return for breakfast tacos.
