This food truck opens only on Wednesdays and Fridays, starting at 11 AM, and you gotta get there early because they sell out fast. The menu changes, and you'll have to check their Facebook for updates, but trust me, the tri-tip and spicy spam musubi are incredible! The owners are super friendly, and the whole vibe just feels like a taste of home, making me want to come back for more.

This food joint, open only on Wednesdays and Fridays, offers delicious dishes that are worth the wait. The menu updates on their Facebook page each day, but prices are a mystery until you visit, adding a sense of adventure to the experience. The tri-tip with rice and chicken with rice were outstanding, making me eager to return for more of their island-inspired flavors.
