I had an amazing time at Kampai during my recent visit, going back multiple times throughout my stay. The sushi chefs were not only skilled but also quite charming, always going the extra mile to make my dining experience special. Despite my initial reservations about trying sushi in Utah, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and creativity of the dishes, particularly the delicious yellow-tail sashimi and the unique 'LA Woman' roll inspired by the Sundance crowd. The fresh uni and the personal touch of the visiting sushi chef from Sushi Groove during the festival added to the already vibrant atmosphere of the place.
