Horrible experience. Food was cold. Service was so bad. Manager was very sarcastic when we informed her of all the issues. She acted like it was our fault. We watched 2 tables of 7 come in after us and had eaten there food and received there bills before we even had food. This is when we approached the manager to find out what was going on. She let us know she would see where our food was. Not long after the food began to show up. All the pasta dishes were cold very cold. We had to ask for everything. Missing sides that had to be made all of the appetizers we sent back seeing as we wanted appetizers not extra meals. Drinks were never refilled. We all paid and after paying the manager asked how it was. I explained to her all of the problems and was met with sarcastic remarks about we came when they were busy. We could have sent food back. She had seen the food sitting in the window for a long time. I finally had to say I have already paid I am just informing you as a manager and you can do whatever you want with this information. As I was heading out the door I was met with a sarcastic remark about well were sorry this had to happen to you from the manager.
