The food here is always delicious, and I usually go for the carnitas plate or carne asada fries. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement.

We love Beto's on Washington. The food is excellent, the service is fast and the salsa bar is delicious.

They literally have the worst service I have ever seen in any restaurant slash drive up in my entire life. They treat their customers like they are 10 times better than we are. Just asking for an extra hot sauce is like pulling teeth. I wish the owner would notice this. As well as 98% of the time their orders are messed up or wrong yet they still charge you for it. But once you get home you don't want to drive all the way back so they're basically stealing from you you just don't realize it. It may only be $0.50 or a dollar for extra sour cream or something similar but they forget it and you say well forget about it and they literally just made a dollar. Could you imagine how many people they do that to every single day? They are thieves and I have proof. There will be a column in a standard examiner about the restaurant and how the organization is stealing as well as mistreating its customers and also using other parts of meat that are not what you ordered. Like I said every time I've ordered 98% of the time it has been the wrong thing or there's something wrong with it or it's extremely small or they forgot the sauce or one time they actually forgot the chicken in a chicken burrito. I hope the owner reads this and talks to his employees because they treat customers like crap. Just remember we're buying from you so maybe you should conduct business correctly instead of providing horrible service and horrible experiences.
