China One has been my favorite Chinese restaurant for 25 years, offering the best crusty chicken wings and Combination fried rice in the Alexandria and Woodbridge area, with the half chicken fire being the juiciest and most affordable option around, and the recent improvements in food quality, English-speaking staff, and speedy delivery service make it worth trying out, although I hope the cleanliness of the restaurant will match the deliciousness of the food.
