I enjoy the atmosphere and the delicious food at this longstanding establishment in St. Paul. With over four decades of experience, they have certainly perfected their craft. The 19-inch ham pizza is a must-try for anyone who appreciates a thin crust loaded with cheese.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. We each ordered a sub plus an appetizer. The appetizer came with the sandwiches. The food was not very tasty. The sandwich my husband had was with a "Red Sauce" It was extremely sweet and the meat was a pressed meat burger. It tasted like a veggie burger. My sandwich was a bit more tasty. The meat had the texture and flavor TVP. The appetizer was good. The staff did refill the drinks and were very friendly. I was just not impressed with the sandwiches. Perhaps the Pizza is better. Will have to give it another shot.

I miss this place. They have the very best subs and pizza. There are Giovanni's Pizza places were I live now however nothing compares to this restaurant, I try to eat there every time I visit my home town.
