Everybody should ignore the old bad reviews. The restaurant was taken over about 2 or 3 years ago by new owners and it is now one of the best around. Everything about it is perfect.

My server was so rude right off the bat telling me I NEED TO SPEAK UP. Three tables on a Friday night in the place. I wanted to get up and leave. The only reason I stayed is that my boyfriend wanted to have a particular dish and I was exhausted from work. She and the restaurant won't make money with that kind of service. Prediction...another close.

I am very pleased with the "NEW" Mario's since the new partners took over. I have ate there at least once a week for the last two months. I especially like Tuesday night special of Prime rib, it is Delicious. I think the price is right for the quality of the food and service. I will be back!

Food is excellent, BUT Customer service was awful on my 11/1/2012 visit. No matter what customer service is key to running a successful business. I was 5 minutes early for ladies night (half off appetizer). I asked the waitress if i can still get the half off on my appetizers.(I had not eaten the food) it was only 5 min. Long story short. The owner came over he was rude, unprofessional, would not bend on giving me the half off, so after some back and forth words i asked for my money back he refused and stated place a claim with my credit card company....my husband and I use to visit Mario's twice a month, now I will no longer eat there again.

This place does not honor their own commitments. I will never eat there again. We purchased a Restaurant.com certificate for Mario's and tried to use it the next day. When we presented it to them they said "Sorry, We don't honor those any more" We needed the certificate because we knew that their entree are over priced, but they are close by. Never Again!
