Every time we're in Phoenix, we order from this Chinese restaurant known for its delicious food and efficient service.

Counter/wait staff woman a liar today. Mixed up my order and when i got home and found out she had nerve to argue on the phone repeatedly that I was wrong and she was right. She agreed on the phone to reimburse me cost of meal AND make me proper meal I ordered. I confirmed it with her a total of 3 times on the phone and she assured me I would get both reimbursement for her mix up AND meal I wanted for the inconvenience of having to come back. When I got there I returned the wrong meal, I waited for new meal then she would not reimburse me. She argued with me more that I could only have one or other. I could not believe she could be such a liar and have such poor training as to tell me she didn't care if I posted negative reviews on line or didn't return as a customer. The chinese food in Ahwatukee is all bland and worthless and I regret I decided to give Great Wok one more try today.
