I visited a pizza shop in Northern Virginia that reminded me of the New York pizza I grew up with. The crust was perfectly cooked, with a crispy bottom that held up well to folding, and the sauce had a great flavor without being overly sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and the owners were friendly, making it a place worth returning to for a taste of authentic pizza.
