I have enjoyed Foo Ying's Chinese food for years, even before they moved from Massachusetts to to current Lockton on 38th Shadeland. I hive referred hundreds of customer who continue to come back. Now I m disappointed that someone there thinks it is good idea to keep the phone off the hook because they are busy.
Very bad decision It would be excellent if they had someone to come in nd tell them how to operate being professional enough to either hire some more of the Ying family, or simply take in orders as they come in, or call in, fill them, then get the next order, next order and next order. A simple profitable money making concept .
