We have always loved the cakes from Collin Street so I don't know what is going on!I order two cakes the end of Nov.one as a gift and one for us with the dates I chose for delivery ours was one week late keep in mind I live about 3 hrs away the cake was very dry and we are not very happy!The gift cake I sent will not be delivered on time it will be lucky if it arrives by Christmas!!

Did not completely fill order then tried to make excuses such as run out of fruit for cake. Received only one cake of two. Two e-mails not answered to let me know what happened. Called and got a women who tried to make excuses that no address present when I had address on my computer receipt. Talked with supervisor and got same run around. They don't seem to care about customers who have ordered over the years. They did not offer to correct order other than they said to order again. This is very poor business. I owned a business for 43 years and if my employees made a mistake like this, I made it right until they were satisfied even if I ate the expense. I will never do business with Collins Bakery again. Incompetence seems to be the norm for this business. My business goes elsewhere from now on. Try the bakery in Palestine, Texas.
