Absolutely AMAZING fried asparagus!! Recommend having some whenever it is in season! The people are awesome, so helpful and friendly!
Make sure you dine-in and save a little room for a little soft serve ice cream!! An excellent way to end a fantastic meal!!

The best restaurant in town to eat at

06/05/2023 - 2nd time purchaser and last time
Second time refused to sell chicken strips without the meal so we purchase the meal. We get the meal but not the whole meal. We find out they may be out of gravy. But would not look. Also lettuce on the really dry meatloaf sandwich was brown. Really brown. This was the second time we purchased and the last time as both times they only gave part of the meal payed for and did not tell us they might be out till after we came back to get the items.

We travel from Seattle often. Our go to place to eat in Ephrata is Barb and Ed's. Best food ever, always fresh and great selection. The owners are friendly and personable and the employees are awesome too. We love it here. You can't go wrong.

We ate here last Friday and their deep fried mushrooms and asparagus was so yummy as well as the burgers and fish and chips and patty melt !!! We will definitely be back !!! 🙂

The food was excellent! The batter on the fish was great. The onion rings and THE MUSHROOMS!
