Cruising into Ocean Shores late at night, I discovered that the options for food were as sparse as a desert oasis, so I rolled the dice and ordered from Dugan's. They whisked my order to me in no time, and I was rewarded with a crispy crust, a mountain of toppings, and a garlic bread so good I could have made it my main course-who knew pizza could shine so brightly in the wee hours?

I guess the pizza was great, but I couldn't eat it. As I was ordering, I saw the chef, with gloved hands, take off his hat and scratch his head and run his gloved hand through his hair. The others in our party ate the pizza, but I was totally grossed out when the chef proceeded to grab cheese with the hand he had just scratched his head with! Ugh!

The employee's are friendly. The delivery came in a reasonable time. The pizza however was subpar. I ordered a Hawaiian, the cheese was plentiful but not pleasant and definitely not motserella.. the sauce was too heavy for the thin and floppy crust.

Horrible pizza, took them two hours to deliver down the street, over priced for the quality and service you receive.

One Star, because they deliver. It is the only delivery pizza in town . I called and ask about pizza sizes. I was told they had a 8 slice pizza and a 12 slice pizza and another huge size. I ordered the 12 slice pizza, when it was delivered, it was the 8 slice pizza. this was after 1 hour of waiting. When I called to talk about my order, I was told that I could just order from a different place next time. Really? That won't be a problem because I will never go to Dugan's again. You will thank me later if you go to Red Genie. The pizza is not very good, and its way over priced. The worst part is the customer service at Dugan's is worse than the bad Pizza. It's truly a mystery how they could be in business. Small summer Vacation Town, they just don't care how they treat people. Sad.
