A modern Mexican restaurant in downtown Bellingham offers a diverse menu with plentiful vegetarian and vegan choices. The ordering system allows you to customize your meal by selecting a main dish and adding sides for a small additional cost. I enjoyed a flavorful roasted garlic and potato enchilada, accompanied by a mixed green salad, pinto beans, and posole. The generous portions and delicious flavors made for a satisfying dining experience.
