During my recent visit to Rancho Viejo in Pullman, I was impressed by the well-executed dishes and generous portions. The flavors were rich and satisfying, though I wished for more variety in the side dishes to truly showcase Mexican cuisine. Despite this, the friendly service and inviting atmosphere make it a place I would happily return to when in the area.
