The food at Bistro 26 is really delicious, and the menu doesn't change, which works for me. It's a popular spot with SW Millcreek locals, although the parking lot is a bit of a tight squeeze - you might need a VW Bug to navigate it! The atmosphere is cozy, the owners are great, and the food is always spot-on, especially the Cajun farfalle - it's so good every time!
