Have ordered multible times (including pizza, pastas, subs) is always fresh and fast. More affordable then the big chain pizza places nearby. Only downfall is they need to update their menu and priced online/Facebook to make faster ordering.

Great food. Nice staff. Have lived in falling waters over ten years and will always choose paesanos. I really don't get the one star reviews on here.

Decent food, but customer service is poor. They refuse to own up to their mistakes and refuse to make right. They have lost lots if customers from this.

Can't believe anyone would give this place a negative review...best food in the area by far...I have ordered about 5 times and gotten 5 different dishes...and have never been disappointed...in my opinion the negative reviews are probably from the competition...this place makes cheese steaks that are mouth watering...you have to understand, if you are ordering a cheese steak and want it the way it is supposed to be done...then you need a grill...Paesano's has a grill...not refrigerated product that is nuked in the microwave...the burgers are to die for...also because they are cooked on the grill...the pizza (I have only tried the New York Style) are the best in the area...King's has nothing on this place...the staff is friendly and helpful...no complaints here...will be ordering at least once or twice a week!

I have ordered from here many times. Unfortunately when I went to order today from the same address I was told they do not deliver here. I asked why when I have had delivery before. I was put on hold then when the lady came back she said "they say they dont deliver there" not sure who "they" are but I am 4.6 miles from their place and the delivery says within 6 miles. I wont use them again. Its unfortunate because the food is good but the customer service is poor. When you have a repeat customer you should look to keeping them

Have eaten here many times. Prices are very reasonable. Have had pizza, garlic knots & steak subs ( I prefer steak sub with provolone cheese which they will use at no extra charge) All were delicious. Can't find food this good in the area. Staff is efficient, friendly, & knowledgeable. The only complaint I would have is that they don't have a location in Hagerstown.

Terrible food. Go to Rocky's on Grade rd not even 5 min from them and get amazing food. Also Rocky's is actual Italians making the food. :)

The best food in town. I will always come here every time i'm hungry. The guys are very friendly and the food is awesome
You get what you pay for. Of course extra toppings is extra money. But is worth it.
Highly recomended :)

Worst customer service ever,Ordered 2 Rubens and asked for Banana Peppers on it which is how i always order it and it was extremely spicy like burn your throat spicy ,never ever had any one of them like this ,well needless to say called and told them and they refused to remake the right way or refund its was oh well its the way it always is was the only thing that was said over and over .Don't go there at all unless you like rudeness if something isn't made proper worst service ever .I will be sure to call the owner

I call the Manager who was very rude and hung up on me as i wouldn't delete my 1st review well than i called back and ask for the owners name and number and they say his name is Mario Lopez and they have no number for him ,,,i mean really what kind of business is this besides Pathetic.Beware

Didnt like that when i ordered a Reuben i was told i had to pay 1.00 for onions and tomatoes if i wanted them ..Thats just crazy should have went to freddies.

Tried the Philly Cheese steak and it was an overstuffed 7" sub loaded with steak mushrooms and fried onions and not gobs of mayo to make it sloppy.
I got a large fresh cut fry and it was so good and so many. I will definately eat there again. Would have given 5 stars but they didnt have fries with gravy.
