First visit - Food and Service was excellent! That's why me & my friend came back.

Today was so disappointing! Had to send some food back & SHOULD have sent other dishes back!

Seafood was NOTHING BUT BATTER and WAY OVERCOOKED! Slaw was NOTHING BUT MAYO!! Yea was too weak!

Waitress NEEDS an ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!! The Manager, or whoever he claimed to be did NOT CARE whether us (the Customers) were pleased or not. If we asked for a dish to be sent back and a dish be brought that was cooked like it SHOULD BE, he acted as tho something was wrong with us rather than HIS FOOD!

I/we will NEVER GO BACK and will tell our Friends NEVER to go either!

Oh, Frozen okra cook TRIED to fry!
Grilled Fish (SMALL!) was SWIMMING IN BUTTER & had to use SEVERAL NAPKINS TO SOAK UP THE BUTTER!

This is my favorite restaurant in Deland. Spotlessly clean, the freshest seafood, and always smiling service. Yes, prices are quite reasonable.

after staying away for 2 years, we returned last night 1 17 2014what a treat. everything fresh, and everywhere was spotless. a big change. the food was excellent, freshly prepared, and the waitress was superb. owner constantly checking. we will return

This is more than a restaurant. This is the freshest seafood you will be able to find in the area. Not only is the food fresh before it is cooked but it is cooked when it is ordered, even the gumbo. I have lived on the water most of my life from being born in the Florida keys to The panhandle, so good seafood is important to me. This restaurant does not disappoint. The employees are friendly as well. The menu has a good deal of variety. My family ranges from 3 years of age to 14 and there is always something for everyone to enjoy. This is not only a seafood restaurant. We are happy we kept looking until we found a seafood restaurant to enjoy in our new home of Deland from Gulf Breeze Fl. I found the gulf shrimp was better here surprisingly. ***** stars
